How to place an order?

I. Order steps:

  • Complete the product and add it to the shopping cart
  • Choose to pay via website checkout or PayPal
  • For website checkout, please click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the right.
  • For PayPal payment, please click the PayPal button

II. After entering the customer information page, you need to fill in:

  • email address
  • Name
  • Shipping address
  1. If you have a discount code, please enter it in the "Discount" field on the right and click the "Apply" button to take effect
  2. Click "Continue to select shipping method", confirm the delivery address is correct and click "Continue to payment method"
  3. Fill in the payment information and select the "Same billing address" option
  4. After completion, click "Complete Order" and the page will display the order summary and send an email confirmation email simultaneously.

What should I do if the goods I received are missing or wrong?

Please provide the order number and supporting photos (the file must be less than 5MB) to the customer service mailbox. We will resend the correct product free of charge. The wrong product does not need to be returned and can be kept by you.

How to confirm that the order was successfully submitted?

The system will automatically send a confirmation email containing the order number and details to your registered email address.

How to modify the order content?

Please contact customer service before 23:00 PDT on the day of ordering to make changes. No changes will be accepted after this time.

How do I add items to my shopping cart?

  1. After selecting the product specifications, click "Add to Cart"
  2. Use the "Quantity" field on the shopping cart page to adjust the number of items purchased

How to view the contents of the shopping cart?

Click the shopping cart icon at the top of the page to view/modify item quantities or remove items.

How do I remove items from my shopping cart?

To delete an item, click the "Remove" link below the item on the shopping cart page.

How to change the quantity of an item?

Simply enter the new amount in the "Quantity" field on the shopping cart page and the system will automatically update the total amount.

What payment methods are accepted?

The four major international credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover), PayPal and Apple Pay.

How do I pay using PayPal?

Click the PayPal button during checkout and you will be redirected to the PayPal page to complete the payment process.

How do I use a discount code?

  1. Find the "Promotion" section on the top right of the checkout page
  2. Enter the discount code and click "Apply"
  3. Confirm the amount details to show the discount is effective

When is the expected arrival time?

The goods will be shipped within 5 working days, and the transportation time is about 10-20 working days (may be delayed depending on logistics conditions and customs inspection).

How do I track my package?

The logistics number will be sent with the shipping notification letter and can be checked at www.17track.net .

What areas does the delivery range include?

We currently support global delivery, and will proactively notify you if there are restrictions in special regions.

How to modify the delivery address?

Please contact customer service to make changes before 23:00 PDT on the day of ordering.

Can you ship to a non-credit card billing address?

Yes, please fill in a different delivery address during checkout.

What is the delivery time?

We ship on working days from Monday to Friday (except national holidays), and weekend orders will be processed on Monday.
