We offer a 30-day return policy and you can request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Return conditions: The product must be in its original condition (unused, unopened, with tags intact) and be accompanied by complete packaging and proof of purchase.

Partial refunds are available when: • Books have obvious signs of use • Unsealed audio/video software/game discs • Products are damaged due to no fault of ours • Returns are requested more than 7 days after receipt

Refund Policy
1. The return shipping fee must be borne by the buyer. No home pickup is provided.
2. The refund amount will be deducted from the original shipping cost
3. It is recommended that high-priced goods (over $50) use trackable logistics services and purchase insurance
4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be completed within 5-7 working days
5. The actual time of refund crediting is subject to the operating procedures of the issuing bank.
