When will the order be shipped?
The product takes 3-5 working days to prepare and produce.
How long does shipping take?
US orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx , and international orders are shipped based on the product warehouse location.
Average delivery time within the United States: 7-20 working days Average delivery time for international delivery: 10-25 working days Force majeure factors such as natural disasters and holidays may cause delays. The actual arrival time is subject to the logistics company's operations.
Will a tracking number be provided?
All orders are accompanied by a tracking number, which can be checked after the goods are shipped. Due to the global warehouse layout of goods, different goods may be shipped from different warehouses.
After obtaining the tracking number, you can check the logistics status in the order tracking area .
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours (please write "CANCEL" in the subject line and send it to konicahu27@outlook.com ). If the product has been shipped, you will need to process a return.
What should I do if I fill in the wrong delivery address?
Please reply to the order confirmation email or send an email to the customer service mailbox to make corrections within 24 hours. No modifications will be made after the deadline.
Goods arrive damaged <br>Although we have enhanced packaging protection, about one thousandth of the packages are still damaged due to rough handling during logistics.
Please provide:
- Order number
- If you provide photos of the damaged parts, we will immediately send you a new one free of charge.

Tips:
- It is recommended to choose an address that can be received from Monday to Friday, and keep the phone open for logistics contact
- The package needs to be signed for before delivery is completed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen after signing.
The buyer shall bear the cost of:
- Customs duties incurred by the importing country
- Additional charges due to delayed delivery/modification of address
- Related fees for canceling orders or returning goods
